They are located in the midst of a bunch of other restaurants on a main road so parking is scarce. There is no indoor dining because the place is so small but the shopping center has tables outside so you have somewhere to sit and eat. I ordered the chicken katsu and teriyaki steak with salad. Do not eat here! The chicken was undercooked but covered in bbq sauce. The short ribs were also barely cooked along with over-saucing of the meat. They gave my order to my bite squad driver without a bag and loose silverware not even wrapped in a napkin! View all feedback.
Gochi Grill offers a slightly raised turn on traditional local plates noon classics. The kitchen efficiently exposes orders, so even if there is a line, it moves faster than you would expect.
A lunch spot located in the downtown Honolulu that offers gourmet bentos for take-out. The prices range from $11-$15. I've tried a few items and the seared salmon is still my favorite. The kitchen is fast; they'll have your food ready in 10 minutes or less so it's perfect for the downtown office crowd. There are seats outside the shop if you want to sit there and eat but it's busy because people are walking by to pick up their lunches from the other businesses. There is no parking available nearby so it's better if you just walk here. Come by 12pm for the best selection because they do sell out of certain things.
Probably the best chicken katsu around. Yes, forget about those places you have to wait in line for nearly or over an hour. This small shop has the. Best chicken katsu. Light and crispy with a katsu sauce that has an extra bite. The price is a good deal too for the amount you get.
Had the seared meatloaf... Was tasty and filling. Liked the container it came in too.
My absolutely favorite place downtown!!! Love the seared salmon I order it at least twice a week
