Very affordable drink and vegan food! The aunty and uncle is very friendly and offer very quick service. There is a parking lot with limited space, but can street park. There is a huge selection on the drinks (smoothie, milk tea, fruit tea, yogurt, milkshake, ice milk, and cheese foam) and Chinese vegan plate lunch for $13.95. So, if you ever want to get some greens while getting some boba, this is the place for you!

Super friendly service and extensive boba menu! They also have vegetarian and vegan food that we'll have to come back to try. They validate parking for the lot in front. They're very quick so it's easy to get in and out. Nice treat for any time of day!

I ordered the vegan shu mai, scallion pancakes, vegan bean curd with oyster sauce, and taro strawberry boba tea and they were all so good! Everything was excellent and the food came out very quick and super hot. I would come here often if I was a local but was just lucky enough to stop in as a tourist. We came here a year ago and loved it so we came back, it’s vegan and vegetarian friendly but the meat does not have a weird texture. Its all made fresh, they also have all kinds of different teas and good boba. Would highly recommend for everyone, I’m not a vegetarian or vegan but it’s awesome.
