My wife has been here a couple of times and she always talks about the brisket that is like a French dip. She describes it as melt in your mouth. I had the fajita quesadillas with the mama's slaw. If you get either of the two, you will not bedisappointed.

Spare ribs and pulled pork were really good; didn?t need the sauce except with the brisket. The Mac n cheese and potato casserole were the best sides. The slaw was different from most places which is nice. Staff was really friendly and the placewas kept really clean. Oh yeah, we liked the yeast rolls too.

We ordered online. One of the items we wanted was not online to order. We had to call. The person we talked to was very helpful and let us order over the phone and added it to the order. The food was amazing. I highly recommend.

Great food, casual atmosphere, friendly staff. Added treat- free cotton candy on Saturday night. Definitely will go back

I?m gonna be honest with you.. the last thing I thought homewood needed was another barbecue joint.. but color me impressed. The brisket French dip was so tasty and the hash brown casserole was one of the best I?d ever had. Friendly guys behind thecounter and they got my food out fast. I got everything to go and had a 30 minute drive home and it was still hot and fresh. Really lives up to its ?more than bbq? slogan. Do yourself a favor and try it out.
