I ordered edamame and four rolls: the Red Spider, Jinsei Special, Bubblegum, and Lobster. Unfortunately, all of them were just average at best. I’ve been ordering from Jinsei for years, so I was really disappointed with today’s meal. It was mediocre and lacked flavor. View all feedback.

We stopped in for a quick beer and edamame. Aaron was our bartender and Jinsei should be thankful for his employment.
We absolutely love Jinsei! But most of all we love their customer service! Tonight our DoorDash driver likely took one of our dishes. We called Jinsei and they didn’t point blame but made another dish and personally delivered it to our door. They were apologetic and kind about the situation and made us feel well taken care of in a situation that was less than ideal. Thanks Diego, you are the man!! You went above and beyond and we appreciate that as it’s rare these days.
Brent is a wonderful server. The food drinks are delicious while the atmosphere feels fancy, it's very relaxing.
Absolutely wonderful, everything is delicious. Amazing miso soup too.
