So, I was wandering and looking for a place to get a bite to eat for lunch. And I happened to stumble upon this place. Now the sign had the added, More Than Jus... read more So, I was wandering and looking for a place to get a bite to eat for lunch. And I happened to stumble upon this place. Now the sign had the added, More Than Just BBQ but, since I figured BBQ was your claim to fame that 's was what I was going to check out. Pulled pork sandwich with a side of baked beans. The meat had all the signs of having been well smoked. Not only was it in the test but visually you could see the evidence of the smoke ring before it was pulled (not chopped). The meat was the focus as the sandwich was heaped and no sauce. But a small amount was provided on the side. The meat was the show. The beans were simple and were not there to distract. This is not a fancy smancy place and not your typical BBQ looking establishment. But, will definitely have to check it out again. Chicken I 'm coming for you.
