Our server, Karen, was absolutely delightful and friendly. If you're looking for genuinely great Mexican food, the trip to Holyoke is definitely worth it!

I ordered the carne asada platter with corn tortillas, while my husband went for the carne, barbacoa, and chicharrón sopes. We barely finished a third of our meals because there was so much food. The chicharrón was the standout—it was incredibly flavorful, and the masa base was thin and crispy, arguably the best we've had. The other meats had milder flavors, so we added a bit of salt and more salsa to enhance them. The greens were fresh and delicious. Overall, this is definitely a spot worth checking out!
