What Margaretta Conn doesn't like about El Rinconcito Authentic Mexican Food:
The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, checking on your table often. While the Chips and Salsa could use a bit more flavor, they are still tasty. I will definitely be dining here again. I have searched all over Hollister for my favorite menudo. Although all the menudo in town is good, I have found that the menudo at this restaurant is my favorite of all time. It's not necessarily better than the others, but it's made just the way I like it. I am a big fan of menudo, but I'm the only one in my household who enjoys it - my wife and daughter don't. The food at this restaurant was fantastic - hot and delicious, and the customer service was top-notch.
We visited a Sunday before midday.
