El Rinconcito Authentic Mexican Food

I just discovered this restaurant recently, and I had to return the next day because I love the food here! My favorite is the combo plate, especially the chavela drink. It's honestly the best chavela I've ever had, made with orange and lemon juice. The birria dish was both filling and delicious.

Oh my goodness, I had such a fantastic meal at El Rinconcito! It is definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Hollister.

That was great. they have authentication agua de horchata that they have bought from ground on (not the charge powder.) I had the camarons a la diabla, and they were actually sharp and perfectly cooked. in my opinion, these are the hands below the best camarones a la diabla that I had in any Mexican restaurant. I had camarones a la diabla in many other “authentic” Mexican restaurants, and they are always sweet or the sauce tastes like it just came from a dose. these were however very tasty and had the correct amount of spiciness. definitely recommend this restaurant!

Much better than any Mexican food I had close to. we're coming back, this place was so damn good.

Enormous burrito, great taste. Very smooth on the way down. If you're looking for a great value that won't upset your stomach this is the place for you! The outside seating area is well done as well.
