It was my first time trying pupusas, and I ordered a variety of flavors. My favorite was the revuelta pupusa because it has a mix of different fillings, offering a richer explosion of flavors. You can also go for simpler options, like jalapeño and mozzarella or just cheese and mushrooms. I highly recommend trying a few different flavors to discover what you like best. I ordered three pupusas, but I think two would have been sufficient.

However, when a friend visiting town wanted to go there, I reluctantly agreed. Upon arrival, we noticed that the staff were all wearing masks around their necks. We had to wait for a table even though there were many empty ones. After waiting for what felt like forever, my friend suggested we leave. I had hoped that after a few years, there would be new management to improve the place, but sadly that was not the case. I questioned why the franchisor of Don Cherry's would keep this location open.

The chicken had been marinated and grilled where it had a perfect crust and was juicy inside and so tender it melted. The salad itself was very fresh and prepared in...consistent bite sized pieces. Generous in size and very humbly mentioned on the menu. If I was serving something that perfect it would be my signature dish. The food and ample parking would be what keeps me coming back. The service would make me think twice bout a return though. Our server did not ask about drink refills nor return to see if our meals were alright after serving them. We even had to try and make eye contact to eventually get a bill. They were not packed by any means so it detracted from an otherwise great experience.

The fries are tasty and the salads are exceptionally fresh and crispy. The chalet salad dressing is also very flavorful. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a family meal.
