Sushitei - Hiroshima

Perfect location, good value for money and in my understanding very authentic. I love the tuna sashimi, my wife the snow crab legs. Seems there’s many frequent customers coming to this place. The chefs are taking their business very serious, which I appreciate.

Wonderful restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and great food. The fish was so fresh and the amount that comes for the money, you can 't beat! The chefs we 're super friendly. I suggest making a reservation over the phone to be safe to have a seat. They do have an English menu and I believe the staff may have spoken a little bit of English but knowing Japanese will help you here. Also, the name that comes up on Google Sushitei is not the name on the building, I have added a photo in my review of the name you will see. Enjoy, I definitely recommend this place during your time in Hiroshima!

Great, fresh sushi. Came here based on reviews from TripAdvisor and it was well worth it. Some of the best sushi we've had in Japan, really friendly staff, great service and good location for exploring Hiroshima. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner we went at 17:00 (when it opens) for an early dinner and by 17:30 it was full (mostly locals).

Sushi: good. Value: great! You can get an omakase nigiri set for 2700 yen 13 pieces, and with good quality fish. Nigiri served on a banana leaf is different. Friendly sushi chef and lots of staff around, disproportionate almost a 1:1 ratio to patrons, perhaps it’s early in the night and they are expecting volume. English menu available.
