It's categorized as a Ramen restaurant, but it's not. But that's okay. I have the red pepper noodles and they were delicious! They are not very sharp (I have Level 3/6 because I was not sure how sharp it would be). There's more pepper on the table if you want Spicier. The cook is very friendly and speaks English. Pleasant Rarms and Restuarant comes with English menu. It is relatively close to the Hiroshima Station (15 minutes walk) where locals visit. Order the largest bowl of the Ramon (shown in the picture) at a price of 1030. You will first choose the type of rams, followed by size and spicy level. Staff are friendly and able to understand English.
Probably the best noodles I've ever had! Who would have thought that one of the best meals I would have in Hiroshima. The owner is the most beautiful person ever, so nice and friendly. Make sure you take the bowl with the Hiroshima style noodles and the red paprika. In a word AMAZING!
I had the sesame cold broth noodle and absolutely loved it. I loved the most popular Hiroshima mazes not so much. After you are finished with all your noodles, mix into some rice and nori to finish the sauce or broth. The owner/Koch speaks English and can help you with the order. This restaurant is also hidden in the Carps decor (the baseball team of Hiroshima). Very recommended!
Very delicious ramen without a soup. This shop is a little bit away from the main stuff in Hiroshima but its definitely worth a visit. Price is super cheap and its really delicious. How you eat this one is you mix everything up (you can even add unlimited parmesan!! And proceed to eat delicious noodles. When the noodles are done you are bound to have left some ingredients like meat and tempura flakes. Than you ask for rice and mix everything up again and finish up. Owner of this shop is super nice and he can explain everything necessary in English. Delicious food with cheap price and very friend owner. 10/10 would reccomend.
