Oscar's Fine-dining restaurant is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. A top-class cuisine. Here, great combination with selected top products are enchanted. The current 8-speed menu is a pleasure for every palate lover (the excellent Carbonara “Oscar-Style” is to be highlighted. A very successful concept. At the gourmet evening of the South Country Church of Breisgau Kaiserstuhl, the kitchen team convinced with a variation of the original tomato, buffalo mozzarella and a basil ice cream, - for me the highlight of the evening. The unique cuisine of the “Oscars” is worth a trip!
