As I entered the cafe there was a large sign pick 2, $7.99 . After I seated family I checked receipt. I was charged $16.78. I brought it to an associate 's attention before it was prepared. He said sorry That 's what you ordered, not ayou pick 2, thats a Panera pick2, a duet. My receipt shows you pick 2.

Despite seeing signs about new salads and a revamped menu, we were disappointed to find that the quality of the food had not improved. It had been over a year since we last visited a Panera due to poor quality, and unfortunately, nothing had changed. The egg and sausage baguette I ordered had a very thin piece of egg, almost like a tiny omelette. My sister ordered an egg and cheese baguette with spinach, but received lettuce instead. When she brought it back to the counter, the staff mentioned they were out of spinach without offering an alternative or asking for permission to substitute. This lack of attention to detail and poor quality of food is why we will not be returning to any Panera location in the future.

As... read more The service was disorganized. I called ahead to place an order for six sandwiches and a salad an hour before, but it took an hour and a half to get my order. As usual, the food was cold and overpriced. I would say two stars is being generous.
