On this Sunday morning of Mother's Day, we decided to visit a Panera location. Despite seeing signs about new salads and a revamped menu, we were disappointed to find that the quality of the food had not improved. It had been over a year since we last visited a Panera due to poor quality, and unfortunately, nothing had changed. The egg and sausage baguette I ordered had a very thin piece of egg, almost like a tiny omelette. My sister ordered an egg and cheese baguette with spinach, but received lettuce instead. When she brought it back to the counter, the staff mentioned they were out of spinach without offering an alternative or asking for permission to substitute. This lack of attention to detail and poor quality of food is why we will not be returning to any Panera location in the future.

I ordered a Greek salad with chicken, but there was no chicken in it and the salad had a strange smell. I am very disappointed.

As a previous member of management from another time I ask the manager of the store to act as a customer and ?order? and iced coffee. You get an empty cup from the order counter with your rapid pick up You go and get iced coffee around the corner. 3more steps for sugar and a lid. Where is the cream? Oh I have to walk to the front of the store. The experience is veryfragmented.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor management and lack of attention to detail. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches with sausage, egg, and cheese for takeout, but when I got home, one of them was missing the sausage. I thought it was just an oversight on a busy morning. Today, I decided to give them another chance and placed the same order again. I spoke with Jen, the short manager with glasses, at the register and informed her about the mistake from my last visit, asking her to ensure that the staff was careful this time. I also shared my concerns with the kitchen staff while I waited. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that once again, one sandwich was missing its sausage. To make things worse, my wife prefers her sandwich on brioche, while I enjoy mine on an everything bagel. They frequently overlook the sausage on the brioche sandwich. This leads me to wonder whether Jen and her team are intentionally neglecting their duties or if they simply lack competence. The only reason I gave them even one star is because I couldn't post this review without selecting at least one. If only Google offered a choice between gold stars and black holes!

The service was disorganized. I called ahead to place an order for six sandwiches and a salad an hour before, but it took an hour and a half to get my order. As usual, the food was cold and overpriced. I would say two stars is being generous.
