Deliciously fresh seafood specialties. Now in mid-October Fredi is alone, fishing tomorrow, preparing the catch during the day, then managing the service and kitchen in the evening and still being super friendly. We were happy to accept a little waiting time on the first evening and came back to Fredi's in Himare on the second evening. It was emptier and we were still able to have a nice chat with him. Regardless of whether it was grilled fish, octopus salad, shrimp or sardines, everything was super tasty and at a great price! Great guy, stay as you are!
