I vividly remember savoring a mouthwatering seafood platter, which showcased the region's culinary excellence. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor and served with artistic flair. The grilled octopus was tender and charred to perfection, while the shrimp scampi melted in my mouth. The staff served the wrong dish to our table and we didn’t recognize (they don’t introduce dishes when serving dishes to tables). After we finished all dishes, the staff sneakily put the one he served wrong in our bill. When we questioned the bill, he simply said it is our fault for not recognizing the dishes we ordered and we should pay for our “mistakes”. We told him that he could give an explanation to us when he recognized he served dish to wrong table. Instead, he just watched us finishing all dishes and put it in our bill. The funniest thing is when we asked to speak to a manager, the staff rejected our request and later claimed that he is the restaurant manager. Just a kindly reminder, you will be asked to pay for the mistakes even if it is NOT your fault!!
