Staff on the morning shift can never get an order right and are generally unprofessional, they take 2 minutes to get your order, I usualy go there at 11am to ge... read more Staff on the morning shift can never get an order right and are generally unprofessional, they take 2 minutes to get your order, I usualy go there at 11am to get anything from a light snack to an iced latte, never, have I ever gotten my order right, especially with the iced latte, their concept of less ice is to fill the cup with ice halfway through. The staff in the aftenoon (after 2pm) is great, fast, efficient, they are always nice and get the orders right.
