Dunkin' - Hialeah

This restaurant has its ups and downs when it comes to service. Some days, the service is excellent, while on other days, it feels somewhat average. Overall, it's a bit of a hit or miss experience.

Moreover, the setup poses a health risk, as customers picking up orders in-store, along with those placing phone orders and Uber Eats deliveries, all congregate in the same cramped area. This creates a crowded environment that could facilitate the spread of viruses like COVID-19. The only reasons I've continued to visit this restaurant are the dedicated employees who go out of their way to accommodate customers and the convenience it offers. However, I'm now compelled to seek out alternative breakfast options.

The staff working the night shift are very attentive and friendly. They also speak English, which is a great bonus! This Dunkin' Donuts offers excellent service and delicious donuts around the clock!

Food is good, staff are very accommodating but they need more spacious place.

It's awesome to have a 24 hour coffee shop near home, it is even better that the location is not a Starbucks. My biggest complaint would be the lack of English speaking staff as it did cause some communication issues, however they where very friendly and helpful. With the aid of pointing items out and a couple of customers helping, our order was correct. The donuts were fresh, and tasted delicious. The french vanilla coffee was great, tasted very fresh and I would recommend it.
