We ordered chicken Alfredo, but when we arrived to pick it up, our order was completely wrong; we received chicken Parmesan instead. They refused to correct the mistake, citing concerns about food waste. However, the waste was not our fault—it was due to their failure to listen and pay attention to our order, even after I repeated it to them over the phone.
