Domino's Pizza - Henrico

I ordered a half pepperoni, half cheese pizza with extra sauce and a well-made garlic crust, cut into square pieces. Instead, I received a very thin crust pizza with no garlic flavor. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with Domino's.

After a long day, I arrived at Judgemon's late, around 11 o'clock. Even though Domino's had stopped delivery, they still accommodated my order. The lone worker was incredibly pleasant and charming, making me feel guilty for adding a last-minute request to their day. However, she was always professional. I don't usually eat pizza, but Domino's will be my first choice from now on.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I placed an online order for a medium pizza and 8-piece wings at 6:20pm and arrived around 6:35pm. Despite seeing at least 5 people leave with their food during the time I was waiting, my order was not ready. After waiting for 50 minutes, I asked for a discount but was only offered $10 off a future order, which I declined as I did not plan on returning. They then offered $15, but I refused and asked for a full refund. I left without eating and ordered from another pizza place, which was ready and delicious within 20 minutes. If I ever decide to come back here in the future, I hope Dominos will offer better service.

I ordered online for delivery. the website said the order was successfully placed. after 30 minutes they cancelled the order because they do not deliver! that was that I gave them a second chance as they failed my previous command. avoid this place.

Late and cold. Would definitely not reorder. My online concession was 20% of my next order. As if. Also mislead in terms of when it would arrive. Very disappointed.
