Napoli Pizza - Henrico

We were in town for a few days and discovered this place on Slice. The pizza was fantastic! They made a small mistake with our order, but the delicious taste of the pizza made up for it. The delivery time was lightning fast!

We ordered chicken Alfredo, but when we arrived to pick it up, our order was completely wrong; we received chicken Parmesan instead. They refused to correct the mistake, citing concerns about food waste. However, the waste was not our fault—it was due to their failure to listen and pay attention to our order, even after I repeated it to them over the phone. We were extremely unhappy with the experience!

I was impressed by the quality of the food. The pizza was delicious, and the cheesesteak was packed with ingredients. I will definitely come back!

Excellent pizza in new yorker style! I had the normal cheese and a white pizza. good crust, good sauce, great aroma!

If you like NY style pizza you will like this place. Don’t go looking for a fancy place or upscale Italian. If you like brick oven pizzas, fair prices, and have good memories of cheap eats NY style pizza you will love the pizza. We ordered a large pizza, and it is big, and a salad. 2 adults and 2 kids ate everything. I can’t recommend pasta, or any other items, as we ordered pizza and salad. However, they seem to be commonly ordered items there. I would get their pizza for delivery if they were in my particular county. Ty
