Chick-fil-a - Richmond

They are the fastest and most reliable fast food option around. The food is consistently good and fresh. Other restaurants on DoorDash could really take a note from their service.

The food was consistently good, but there were a few issues. There weren't enough straws for the number of drinks, and the coffees, although they had different flavors, weren't labeled, so we had to guess which one was which. Several sauces we had ordered were missing, and there was only one napkin provided. While the service was quick, I would prefer if they took a bit more time to ensure everything was packed correctly rather than rushing it out.

I ordered the Chick-n-Strips, and they were much smaller than I expected—essentially just oddly shaped chicken nuggets. Additionally, you can only get sauce if you buy a small bottle for about $4.00. I finished those strips in about 45 seconds! I also tried the fruit salad, which was quite good and tasted very fresh. Though I was disappointed with the size of the Chick-n-Strips, I still gave it 4 stars because everything was so delicious.

They wouldnt let the door dash delivery person get coffee, so had to send him to another restaurant to get coffee.

I recently had another disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order for grilled nuggets specifically for my daughter, who is gluten-free, but instead received regular baked nuggets. This was a significant issue as she couldn't eat them. Additionally, the drive-thru operation is poorly managed, leading to frustration for many customers. Unfortunately, I’ve decided that I will no longer be giving this place my business. I'm done.
