I'm at dunkin several times a day, they know my order. Mostly good service, occasionally I am not thrilled with my coffee but I guess everyone has an off day sometimes
Worst Dunkin ever. Literally a block away and I'll DRIVE to a different location before I go back to this one. Ordered food on 3 separate ocassions and it was cold/frozen(sausage). The drinks are never correct either.
I have been reluctantly going to this restaurant for years because it used to be the only quick breakfast and coffee option on the way to my kids' school. However, I am extremely disappointed by the recent changes. The line is now blocking traffic on Main Street, the employees are rude and incompetent, the lobby is always closed, and my orders are consistently wrong and missing items. I have been ordering the same thing for two years, but my orders are frequently incorrect. When I complain, they refuse to give me a refund because I ordered through the app. I have spoken to the manager multiple times and was promised a resolution and refund, but I am still waiting. I am a regular at Dunkin' Donuts locations all over the East Coast, and I have noticed that other locations are much better run and managed, even when they are busier. I don't mind waiting for my coffee and donuts, but the wait at this location is unacceptable. I can't continue to spend so much money on something that consistently disappoints me.
