We are frequent visitors to Riva, but unfortunately, our latest experience was disappointing. The menu has been narrowed down, and they no longer offer Lasagne.... read more We are frequent visitors to Riva, but unfortunately, our latest experience was disappointing. The menu has been narrowed down, and they no longer offer Lasagne. I ordered a chicken starter as my main dish, but they ran out of that as well. I ended up selecting a burger instead, which was decent, but I wouldn’t choose it again. My partner ordered the Diavolo Pizza, but received a different pizza instead. They were also out of Grouse whisky and other blended whiskies, and they didn’t have my usual wine. It’s safe to say we won’t be hurrying back anytime soon. Service: Dine in.

When I went to the bar to request another beer and inquire about dessert, the staff—a curly-haired guy who looked Spanish and a brunette woman in a long green d... read more When I went to the bar to request another beer and inquire about dessert, the staff—a curly-haired guy who looked Spanish and a brunette woman in a long green dress and high heels—told me that the kitchen might be closed but that they would check for us. Unfortunately, they never followed up. It's disappointing that the quality of service dipped after our initial server left, as the food was good but the inconsistency in service left us feeling uncertain about the overall experience.
