Really enjoyed the dining experience at Valette. The farm-to-table Californian menu items were all prepared with top notch, fresh ingredients, and the attentive and friendly service made it easy to relax and enjoy the tasty dinner with friends!
We sat outside and there was almost no one there when we sat down, so it was beautiful and very quiet. As tables filled up it definitely got a little more noisy outside, but nothing like the indoors. Service was absolutely fantastic and the food was great too.
Innovative, refreshing, and absolutely delicious! The liberty duck breast is wonderfully lean and not greasy at all. The ahi poke features an avocado enveloped in egg yolk, and I absolutely love it.
