Feedback
Minton offers a charming yet disappointing dining experience. Slow service and a scarce menu were disappointing, although the concept is intriguing. On the other hand, Minton wows with creative presentations and delicious food, Chef Simon's enthusiasm, and an intimate setting. The excellent service, locally sourced ingredients, and outstanding dishes make Minton a top choice in the Eastern Townships. The restaurant is truly a gem for those seeking a unique and delightful culinary experience.
A little rough around the edges but for a new restaurant very well done. The food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend
You could not ask for more from a 6 table chef owned run Country restaurant in the middle of literally nowhere Than what Minton offers. The staff cares about their clients and their presentAtion. For the price and what you gets its unheard of. The chef who also acts as the de facto sommelier Stated as we were picking out wine by the glass “You can keep tasting till you get what you like” We had to tear ourselves away at the end of the gourmet beautifully prepared and presented meal, Because of travel fatigue(having driven all day) Though you do want to linger. So lets see 400 miles from home: what are we doing next weekend, hmmmm??
Amazing farm to table restaurant. Everything is very intentional. Will make the trip back.
This off-the-road place is perfect for simple food lovers and serves very tasty food. It offers a great garden to enjoy the meal. Not your fancy restaurant, but definitely a great find. Simple and delicious. The BBQ is something else.
