Amazing farm to table restaurant. Everything is very intentional. Will make the trip back.
This off-the-road place is perfect for simple food lovers and serves very tasty food. It offers a great garden to enjoy the meal. Not your fancy restaurant, but definitely a great find. Simple and delicious. The BBQ is something else.
“Hi, I’m Simon, your chef and waiter this evening.” With that intro, my wife and I started a wonderful dinner. Oysters and beef tartar for starters, prime rib and mushroom risotto for entrées and cheese and pumpkin pie with chocolate mousse fordesserts. Consistently delicious. A great variety of tastes. And Simon is a delight. If you’re in this part of Quebec, get areservation and rush over. You’ll be glad you did.

We had an incredible dinner at Minton, a top pick of ours in the Eastern Townships! The chef puts a lot of love and attention into the ingredients and it really shows in the dishes. Each course was outstanding! Don't miss out on this unique dining experience at Minton!
Outstanding in every way. Innovative, delicious food, lovely ambiance.
One must truly know this restaurant to live one of the best culinary experiences in Sherbrooke. A must-visit if you are passing through Sherbrooke, North Hatley, or Magog.
Do not rely on the price of the menu on the internet, which says $110 per person, as it is $125. With the extras, you could end up with a bill of $500 or more with tip. But overall, the dishes were very good!
Minton is one of our favorite places to eat. It’s more than a meal, it is an experience. The flavors are incredible and the service is top notch professional yet warm and welcoming. Ever since eating there the first time in 2019, I have dreamed of going back and we finally did last weekend. I literally cannot recommend this place enough. Recommend asking for chef’s choice. They will treat you right. Enjoy!

Minton is one of our favorite dining spots. It offers more than just a meal; it's truly an experience. The flavors are outstanding, and the service is exceptionally professional while still being warm and inviting. Since my first visit in 2019, I have eagerly anticipated returning, and we finally made it back last weekend. I can't recommend this place highly enough. 2nd time at Minton! Always an amazing culinary experience! Chef Simon never disappoints! Had brunch today for Mother's Day; last time I went was last year summer for dinner with my girlfriends both times were spectacular! Staff is great, too knowledgeable, friendly, and nice. It feels like home when you dine in here with the quality of a high end restaurant! Will be back and very highly recommended! Thank you, guys! ?
