They serve large donuts with quick and friendly service. The prices are similar to other donut shops.
Today, I decided to visit this donut shop because it is the closest one to my house. I usually have to drive 20 minutes to go to Dunkin' Donuts. After reading some reviews, I was hesitant to come here because I wasn't sure if Queen's would be sold out and I would have wasted my time. However, when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality and variety of donuts available. The owner was very sweet and accommodating, even though I was a bit excited and exclaimed when I saw the selection. The donuts tasted fresh and were much better than Dunkin' Donuts in my opinion. I am grateful that I don't have to make the longer trip for donuts anymore and I highly recommend giving Queen's a try. The donuts are priced at $1 each, but I'm not sure about the cost of the sausage rolls/kolaches. Overall, it's a great spot for doughnuts!
Apple fritters were too greasy and burned. How do you mess up an apple fritter?!? We asked for 3 blueberry donuts and only got 2 our glazed donuts tasted old and had mold looking spots on the bottom. Pictures provided. Not happy for paying $12.80 for old donuts that have started to turn. Check the bottom of your donuts friends. We will be going the extra distance to the place next to Big Joes on Blue Mound/156. This place should be called the greasy palace.
They offer the best apple fritters in the Haslet area, but they tend to sell out quickly.
