We had a reservation for valentinstag. we sat after a slight wait. we have placed our order and our drinks have been put on the table. we sat for an hour. No one offered us extra drinks or even bread. we've never been cut. When we inquired where our food was, we were told that there were still a few tickets before us. we have a 5 year old daughter who was very hungry at this point. we paid for our drinks and went.

They served my wife to eat the wrong ones and didn't apologize.

Eating is great, not even a sweat. it's great! service if friendly, but not without problems I never saw a manager in the service. if there was one, they didn't find us or greet us. they need better bartenders, because my old fashion has not been properly done. no feedback from waiters or managers, even after eating was returned due to some menu confusion. the menu needs better descriptions. the salmon salad is actually an Asian salmon salad. there is no mention of how the salmon is served, so the confusion was. the scallop salad also has no description of which type of scallops or how they are prepared. the ambiente is cold and uncongruent. the arcs in the beam side are hard and too bright. I'm in the restaurant business and I live close, so I want it to thrive and grow. I'll eat here.
