Villa Grande - Haslet

I love it! Now twice. I had the Carne Asada y Poblano and my wife had the Brisket Tacos. Both plates had a lot of food. I was very happy with the Carne Asada. The Poblano gave a beautiful chili flavor without making it super hot and the cheese just tied it together. The Briskettacos were also very good. They have an avocado sauce that add a great free taste of the delicate bride. We are looking forward to our third visit soon.

Update As usual service was fantastic as was the food!! Service was good. Food was delicious. We will for sure be back!!

Sometimes this place can be hit or miss on the food. By that I mean the temperature. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cool/cold. I've been coming here for a few years. The take out is always great and hot, but for some reason it's hit or miss when you dine in. The chips and salsa are good and the drinks are solid! The place could use some cleaning though as there seems to be dust and cobs in multiple locations and the floor could use more attempts through out the night, but overall it is a solid restaurant most of the time.

Never had a bad meal. Wait staff is always engaging friendly. Food has great flavor. Chips salsa that you could eat your weight in their bar staff makes THE best margaritas. If you like em strong this is the place for you.

My family often finds ourselves at the Taco Bell drive-thru, which is just a stone's throw away. While Taco Bell is decent, sometimes you crave authentic Mexican food. That's when we decided to try Villa Grande. Upon entering, we were greeted by the most amazing aroma! I was definitely hungry and ready to dig in. The host also served us this time, and he was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. I ordered the Pollo de Crema, which I have to admit hasn't always impressed me at other restaurants. However, the chicken here was freshly cooked, and the cream sauce was delightful! I must give a special shoutout to the salsa—it's incredibly fresh! I couldn't get enough of it. I even accidentally spilled some on my chicken when it arrived, but it was so tasty and homemade.
