Jim?s in Haslet as gone done hill fast. First they overcharged me a lot and today it?s been 2 1/2 hours since I ordered and they still haven?t left the store. They tried to blame it on the fact that they were busy but they didn?t bother to call. Thisis not good. They have made too many mistakes and expect me too pay for it and I think it?s time to move on to theircompetitors.

Jim?s couldn?t fu... read more Went online to order a pizza for delivery stated no delivery drivers available. Order thru Uber eats order was cancelled because it stated Me. Jim?s couldn?t fulfill order in time prior to finding that out I called said establishment and whoever answeredthe phone said ? I don?t have an order for you, you need to call Uber eats and hung up the phone. Customer service is just notthe same.

Went to place an order to get a single pepperoni pizza and while I have extremely low opinions for this location to get anything done right, onthe website it won 't even let me place an order with the reason staffing issues . Well I disliked this place for about adecade before and hate it now. Like a bad girlfriends, its time to let it go man and end it. Shut it down. We can get pizzaelsewhere. It will be okay.

On the other hand, the hot wings and breadsticks are disappointing, tasting more like they were microwaved than freshly made.
