The food arrived 15 minutes late, and nobody bothered to inform me about the delay. When I called to check on my order, all I received was an apology for the inconvenience and a vague excuse that the driver was just loading the food. They also mentioned they were "slammed" at the moment. If you're involved in community events, the manager should ensure that you're properly staffed; otherwise, it's only going to cause more problems. They need to improve.

I don't understand it; all the other ingredients are of high quality, but the mushrooms are clearly from a can, which gives them that classic rubbery texture. I order from this place all the time, but I can't give it a five-star rating until they address the mushroom issue.
