I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived at 4:55pm, but did not receive my pizza until 5:14pm. The 2-minute timer began once I clicked 'I'm here'. I called at 5:08pm to inform them that I was still waiting for my pizza, and all they said was that they would be right there. View all feedback.
