Domino's Pizza - Harwood Heights

Simply ordered pizza I know it was 11 o'clock, but I asked for extra soße instead of the pizza in the grunde have no soße bone dry the pizza had no crust on a side of the pizza. go somewhere else for pizza this place is not right. I tried to call, but nobody answered. I'll call my bank on Monday!

I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived at 4:55pm, but did not receive my pizza until 5:14pm. The 2-minute timer began once I clicked 'I'm here'. I called at 5:08pm to inform them that I was still waiting for my pizza, and all they said was that they would be right there.

The staff is very professional. They maintain my pizza very hot. I have ordered cheese and chicken taco pizza, and both are baked perfectly.

The service is consistently excellent. The staff and drivers are very friendly and personable.

I would give this restaurant 1 star only because I cannot give it 0 stars. The manager on duty on January 3rd, 2022 at around 5:00 pm was incredibly rude. She had zero customer service skills, seemed uninterested in her job, and was dismissive when we found a hair in our pizza. When we raised the issue, they tried to blame us and then hung up on us. It was a truly awful experience.
