This was out first time going to a Portuguese restaurant. Our waiter was excellent although there was a little language barrier. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms. We asked what they were stuffed with and we were told crab. We didn’t taste crab. It was all breading and dry. The breading just crumbled. Our meals were good. I had the short ribs. I had never been asked how I would like them cooked. Being a little confused about, I said rare because that’s how I get my steak. After he left I thought maybe I should have said medium well
Enjoyed dinner and service Great place. Enjoyed the appetizers of calamari and shrimp cakes.

Appetizer was very good. Octopus and kale. The main course was lackluster sadly. A big beautiful steak with ham, egg, pickled cauliflower, and homemade potato chips on top. The steak had exactly zero seasonings on it. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. Very odd. It made the entire dish bland and tasteless. I felt bad for the steak. Service was fine. I left the server a huge tip. Atmosphere was a ton of fun as they had a karaoke dj there who was really good.
