This Japanese restaurant is truly authentic. The owners and sushi chefs are Japanese, and the staff is wonderful. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the sushi, sashimi, and rolls are all perfect. If you enjoy genuine Japanese cuisine, this is the ideal place for you.
The staff at this restaurant are passionate about sushi cuisine. Their traditional Japanese sushi is fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Hajime Special and substituting tobiko with uni.
