Domino's Pizza - Harnett County

Out of the 3 times I have ordered, 2 were not what I asked for, even after requesting no onions, pizzas had onions. Pizza was hot and fresh and the drinks cold.

I ordered online but needed to change something but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Very poor customer service. The automated system kept putting me on a never ending loop

Placed an order over an hour ago and called the store and they said it would be another hour before our food would be prepared.

Ordered for the first (and last) time from here tonight. my son wanted to buy us dinner with his gift card he got for Christmas and the food was horrible. The wings had maybe 2 drops of sauce, the Italian sandwich was so dry couldn't eat it. the two pizzas we got had basically no sauce and the pepperoni salami and onion pizza had about 2 pieces of onion and 3 pieces of salami. this honestly was THE worst food from any domino's we have ordered from.

Food is always delicious!! I did the coupon online that said one price but they didnt give it to me for that price. So, when I went in to pick up my order, I explained it to the young man there and he didnt seem to understand what I was talking about or just wasnt sure how to fix it. So, I just dropped it. I didnt want to stress him out because they were really busy and it was literally all kids in there and they were busting their butt. It was only a few dollars. Food was worth it!!
