I absolutely adore this restaurant! It may be small, but the cozy atmosphere adds to its charm. I always come here for the amazing ramen, which is one of the best in the entire Ft. Bragg and Fayetteville area. Seriously, it's that good! I also highly recommend trying their boba tea, it's delicious. While the sushi is good too, I usually stick to the ramen. Another thing I love about this place is the cute anime-style... View all feedback.
What Keith Lindsey doesn't like about Gohan Bistro:
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the lack of parking is a major issue. During my last visit, I noticed a lockbox and realized that there just isn't enough parking for the restaurant to attract enough customers during busy times. It's a shame because the food is so good, but without adequate parking, they may end up losing customers. This review is based on a dinner experience. View all feedback.
Met up with some family at the Bistro. A lot of customers for a Wednesday evening. There was a wait for a table at the little bistro but it wasn’t long. They do a great job of accommodating and communicating. I hadn’t eaten here before so I just tasted everyone else’s soup which came out looking so pretty and tasted delicious. Next time I’m going to get my own soup!
Loved the ramen so much!! Gorgeous place, it is very small however i love how cozy it feels, always come here and umamis for ramen, top tier places to eat ramen here in whole ft bragg and Fayetteville, i swear it is amazing loved the boba tea as well, sushi is delicious however often times i always pick Ramen. Love the cute drawings they have of anime characters
Spicy pork belly. Legit the best. Love everything about this bowl of greatness. The pork belly had an awesome flavor. The broth was fantastic. Could drink it. You should check this place out if you haven't yet!
After venturing to Ramen Tsubaki, Menkoi, and Nona to try out their noodles, Gohan Bistro is the one for us. Although the restaurant is smaller, their service and food are “giants” compared to the others in my opinion. Honestly, the only issue we had was the chicken (soy garlic chicken bowl) being super tough. The only food I didn’t get to capture were the garlic butter edamame and the gyozas.
The Heart Attack is a must try appetizer! I keep my order simple and order Tonkutsu ramen. Been here over a dozen times and never get tired of there ramen. The chashu is roasted and season very well. Would recommend it when I have friends in town.
