What User doesn't like about Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers:
Food tasted good... But the way they smashed their patty down, a double cheeseburgers patties wouldn't even make up half of a traditional patty and you can hardly taste the meat at all it's almost non-existent (how thin it is). And fries are tiny butmaybe people like them like that... Idk... But for about a 15$ meal I'd expect two patties .. Not two paper slices View all feedback.
This restaurant is excellent. It has improved significantly in the past few months. I absolutely adore their delicious steak burgers and fries. Their unsweet tea is also fantastic.
They continously seem to forget to give me a straw for my shake with mix-ins. This has happened 11 times over multiple days and orders.
The food was handled poorly and lacked flavor. The portion size was small and not worth the $40. The only decent aspect was the watered down Sierra Mist.
On my veggie burger I had ask for no onions and received onions anyways. This is very Unacceptable! Plus my sandwich is dry as well. Also my fries were cold and didnt receive my fry sauce as well.
The triple steak burger was enjoyable, but anything less than three patties would be too much bread. There was an excessive amount of banana in the concrete dessert. The concretes here are not as good as other custard places because they blend the toppings too much instead of keeping them whole. The fries lacked flavor.
