Smuttynose delivers standout food and an exceptional craft-beer selection in a lively, often outdoor setting with live music, happy-hour deals and veteran discounts. Portions are generous and signature bites (artisan beer cheese, pretzels, tenders) are highlights. Service and organization, however, can be inconsistent: understaffing, long waits despite apparent empty reserved tables, and occasional slow or mixed-quality dishes and desserts dampen the experience. Go for the beer and atmosphere but allow extra time on busy nights.

Wow! This place is incredible! We’re from out of state and came to see the performance, which was definitely impressive! Everything was perfect—from the food and the venue to the atmosphere and our service, especially our server Kelly, who was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this place, 10 out of 10! By the way, you have to try the tenders! I ordered them on Kelly's recommendation, and they were fantastic! Food rating: 5/5.
