We waited a few... read more We went to eat at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. Maps showed they close at 10:30... they already closed down the dining area and were cleaning it. We waited a few minutes and I guess because there were 2 employees cleaning the room there was no one to takean order. My wife went to use the restroom and it was filthy. If the employees use the restroom and its like that imagine whatthe kitchen is like and the hands that prepare your food 5 minutes from entering and not seeing an employee to take an orderwe walked out. There were employees making food but nobody to serve it. Very poorly run buisness. Definitely won't recommend orreturn.

I ordered an 8-piece family meal but was informed i... read more It was late at night, and despite the hour, the drive-thru was quite busy with a steady stream of customers. I ordered an 8-piece family meal but was informed it would take 15 minutes and that only extra crispy chicken was available. I was frustrated because I typically don't order the extra crispy option, and now I see why. It was tough, greasy, overly salty, and hard to chew. While I didn't mind waiting alone in my car in the dimly lit parking lot to feed my family, what I received after the wait was far from satisfactory. KFC used to be my go-to for a quick meal, but it's no longer on my list. With so many other restaurant options out there, I can't settle for this level of quality.
