The girl that my order on the drive-thru had the customer service skills of squidward. it was as if I interrupted her social time by being her only customer on... read more The girl that my order on the drive-thru had the customer service skills of squidward. it was as if I interrupted her social time by being her only customer on the plot in the middle of the afternoon. she laughed at something like I said my order, she took my card without saying anything, then I tried to ask her a question about the menu (something about the beyond huh) when I got my card back and she ignored me and closed the window I spoke. a guy gave me that, although he at least told me I had a nice day.

When I arrived and... read more This location should be shut down. The customer service is terrible. I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready in 25-30 minutes. When I arrived and waited in the drive-thru line, they informed me that they hadn't started cooking the chicken yet and it would be another 17 minutes. Frustrated, I left and returned in 20 minutes only to be told by the cashier that the fryer was not working and they were unable to cook the chicken or provide a refund.
