He's the lake of personality would have tipped me away, but I've ordered more. 1 Cheeseburger and Medfries. 1 pickle 1 drop of mustard and drop of ketchup. Two bites, that's it, it was in the garbage. DISGUSTING!!!! Train them!!! I learned to cook at the age of 9. They're grown up.

I asked about Ranch and they really couldn't give me a ranch without charging me. After I cut food and the guy on the front was rude. It was all a bad experience. I'm not coming back. That was the one in Hampton.

Chili on the chili dogs was so 'meh ' you could hardly register to eat it (the taste was weaker than the hot dog meat) and the onions were 't diced. Friends were very good!

I've been coming to this Rally's for over 15 years and for them to get my order wrong tell me to pull it to the front not deliver my food to the car like they s... read more I've been coming to this Rally's for over 15 years and for them to get my order wrong tell me to pull it to the front not deliver my food to the car like they said and I have to go in to go complain to the manager then they start making my food aftersix cars had already pulled through there's no cars in the Drive-Thru behind me now and to also be told that Rally's does nothave a refund policy?? after I had waited on the side of the building for 10 minutes and no one started my order I find thatreprehensible and unacceptable. I called corporate to find out that they do offer a refund policy so the manager lied on top ofeverything else... terrible service.
