We tried greeting her several tim... read more First of all, how does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? The cashier was incredibly rude, and that’s putting it kindly. We tried greeting her several times, but received no response, so I decided to drive up to the window. The cashier mistakenly tried to give me someone else's order. I explained that I hadn’t placed my order yet because no one had responded at the box. She replied that I must not have triggered the sensor. I agreed but pointed out that we didn’t come for chicken; we were there for the Taco Bell side. I then asked to order a Chalupa Craving Box, and she told me I had to go back around to the end of the line. I questioned why I needed to do that since I had just given my order. She insisted that I had to go back and order again. At this point, I was really frustrated because she was not being at all customer-friendly!

I understand that many p... read more This restaurant is consistently disappointing. Each time I visit the drive-thru, I'm told that I need to come inside to place my order. I understand that many places are dealing with staffing shortages, but today was particularly frustrating. It was pouring rain, and I was on my way home from work, hoping to grab a quick meal. Instead, I encountered the same issue at the drive-thru and was told to go inside. However, when I drove around the building, I saw the manager and two employees cooking on a grill outside. Normally, I don’t like to complain, even when my order has been wrong in the past, but this situation is really unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.
