First of all, how does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? The cashier was incredibly rude, and that’s putting it kindly. We tried greeting her several times, but received no response, so I decided to drive up to the window. The cashier mistakenly tried to give me someone else's order. I explained that I hadn’t placed my order yet because no one had responded at the box. She replied that I must not have triggered the sensor. I agreed but pointed out that we didn’t come for chicken; we were there for the Taco Bell side. I then asked to order a Chalupa Craving Box, and she told me I had to go back around to the end of the line. I questioned why I needed to do that since I had just given my order. She insisted that I had to go back and order again. At this point, I was really frustrated because she was not being at all customer-friendly!

This restaurant is consistently disappointing. Each time I visit the drive-thru, I'm told that I need to come inside to place my order. I understand that many places are dealing with staffing shortages, but today was particularly frustrating. It was pouring rain, and I was on my way home from work, hoping to grab a quick meal. Instead, I encountered the same issue at the drive-thru and was told to go inside. However, when I drove around the building, I saw the manager and two employees cooking on a grill outside. Normally, I don’t like to complain, even when my order has been wrong in the past, but this situation is really unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I wish I had heeded the warnings from others. The staff appeared uncertain and disorganized. They actually canceled my entire order simply because they wouldn’t give me KFC sauce, even though I was willing to pay for it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. They often close earlier than their stated hours and are frequently out of multiple menu items. The management seems to be quite inadequate. I can't help but wonder who owns this franchise; they might want to consider letting the entire team go and starting over.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I asked for sour cream to accompany my taco, but was informed that there would be an extra charge for it. When I requested four servings, the cashier insisted that I needed to go back inside to place my order again, as I couldn’t do it from the drive-thru. To make matters worse, they forgot my soda to go with the taco. The cashier was quite rude about something that really shouldn’t have been an issue. After a long 5-hour drive, I chose to leave rather than engage in an argument. To add insult to injury, she had the nerve to tell me not to come back. This all occurred on Sunday evening, August 15th, around 7 PM. I spent $40 on food and was met with such an unpleasant attitude. I won’t be returning anytime soon! I should have just asked for a refund and returned the food instead!
