I understand that many p... read more This restaurant is consistently disappointing. Each time I visit the drive-thru, I'm told that I need to come inside to place my order. I understand that many places are dealing with staffing shortages, but today was particularly frustrating. It was pouring rain, and I was on my way home from work, hoping to grab a quick meal. Instead, I encountered the same issue at the drive-thru and was told to go inside. However, when I drove around the building, I saw the manager and two employees cooking on a grill outside. Normally, I don’t like to complain, even when my order has been wrong in the past, but this situation is really unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The managemen... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. They often close earlier than their stated hours and are frequently out of multiple menu items. The management seems to be quite inadequate. I can't help but wonder who owns this franchise; they might want to consider letting the entire team go and starting over.

I asked for sour cream to accompany my taco, but was informed that there would be an extra charge for it. When I requested four servings, the cashier insisted that I needed to go back inside to place my order again, as I couldn’t do it from the drive-thru. To make matters worse, they forgot my soda to go with the taco. The cashier was quite rude about something that really shouldn’t have been an issue. After a long 5-hour drive, I chose to leave rather than engage in an argument. To add insult to injury, she had the nerve to tell me not to come back. This all occurred on Sunday evening, August 15th, around 7 PM. I spent $40 on food and was met with such an unpleasant attitude. I won’t be returning anytime soon! I should have just asked for a refund and returned the food instead!

When I... read more I visited on October 28th and had a disappointing experience. The staff made my quesadilla incorrectly, cutting it poorly and not assembling it properly. When I asked for a refund, they were rather rude and indifferent. Although they did refund my quesadilla, there was no effort to accommodate me as a customer. I used to come here twice a week, but after today’s interaction with the employees at this KFC Taco Bell, I won't be returning.
