Extraordinarily short pour, or otherwise messed up, coffee is the norm. I avoid this particular location, except when desperate.
The employees were very well trained and my coffee was exactly the way I wanted it.
Women in drive through named heather had a terrible attitude, bad etiquette for drive thru since I'm a barista for dunks myself, my hashbrowns are cold and my muffin was slimy. When I called to speak to a manager women who picked up had an attitude and was very rude when I asked to speak to someone who is a manager. I'm speaking to Corporate about this and will be calling the manager tomorrow
The coffee here is typically excellent, and I come to this place nearly every day! However, I have a concern about the big pothole at the drive-thru window. Driving over it can be quite a jolt! This issue needs to be fixed before it potentially damages someone's tires, which could lead to liability for any related problems.
