What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Women in drive through named heather had a terrible attitude, bad etiquette for drive thru since I'm a barista for dunks myself, my hashbrowns are cold and my muffin was slimy. When I called to speak to a manager women who picked up had an attitude and was very rude when I asked to speak to someone who is a manager. I'm speaking to Corporate about this and will be calling the manager tomorrow View all feedback.
I love it when the Drive Thru gets my order perfect. This DD had a long line but it moved quickly and the staff was friendly and courteous.

I really enjoyed this Dunkin' Donuts! The staff were friendly and I didn't experience any issues with the customer service. The drive-thru employee was a bit straightforward but not rude. When my mom didn't like her drink, they quickly replaced it without any hassle. I would definitely go back to this location!
This Dunkin Donuts location is the worst. They are not open when they claim to be. When I went today and requested a munchkin, they instructed me to ask for it at the window. When I did, an elderly woman questioned who told me to do so, which was a strange interaction. Additionally, I waited around eight minutes for my two items. I will be going to Aroma Joe's instead.
The donuts are not the same quality as when they were made in-house back in the day.
