She added just... read more I visited Subway today wanting a wrap with extra pickles and jalapeños. The employee first added only three or four of each, so I asked for more. She added just one more of each, and when I requested a few additional pieces, she added one more again but gave me a look as if I was asking too much. When I questioned her attitude, she quickly asked what sauce I wanted. Frustrated by the rude and unnecessary behavior, I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I also tried calling the number on the door but received no answer or voicemail. The service was very poor. Managers should review security footage to understand what happened. I requested my sandwich to be grilled, but instead of accommodating my request or politely explaining any limitations, she snapped at me, saying it would be messy and refused to do it. I even mentioned before she started assembling the sandwich that I wanted it toasted and grilled, hoping she could grill it before adding the veggies. To make matters worse, she told me, "it's okay if you don’t want the sandwich," and asked me to leave. I have never been treated so poorly at any food establishment. Customers should never be spoken to or treated this way—this behavior was very disrespectful and unacceptable. I will not be returning. Service rating: 1 (Takeaway)

I ordered a sweet onion chicken wrap with extra green peppers and a bit of onion, but I got hardly any green peppers and only a few tiny pieces of onion, just one of which was a reasonable size. When I asked if the wrap included any sauce or dressing while it was being made, the employee casually said, "Oh yeah, forgot," as if it was an afterthought. At checkout, a girl came out from the back to ring me up, snatched my cash right from my hand, and basically threw the bag at me. This experience left a very negative impression, similar to a bad experience I had at the KFC on Spring Garden Road in Halifax. I won’t be supporting either place again. I hope others think twice and spend their money somewhere they’re truly appreciated!
