The food was half-cooked and of poor quality, showing a complete lack of care. To make matters worse, the owner is unfair and lets their favorite customers jump the line, completely ignoring others. So, if you’re not one of their favorites, be prepared to wait for a long time. I will not return and definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone in Halifax or my friends. It took us a little while to find it since it's somewhat tucked away. However, once we stepped inside, the delicious aroma of the food welcomed us. The service was excellent—very friendly—and it truly felt like a nostalgic reminder of home. I always enjoy supporting my community and savoring flavors from my roots.

The only downside is their tardiness, but it's amusing that people, myself included, keep returning for a meal despite the delays and limited parking. You have to take into account that the place is run by just two people: the chef and the owner. Ultimately, it's the excellent food and the owner's friendly demeanor that keep customers coming back.
