My mother had the same issue with hers. On the bright side, the cinnamon roll was absolutely delicious. However, I found the atmosphere at this location to be quite uncomfortable. It's not a place I would recommend for anyone who dislikes crowded or confined spaces, as it feels very cramped.

I also tried a $5 cold brew, and it just tasted like old, watered-down coffee. I'm consistently disappointed.
