I think Second Cup restaurants are the best coffee shops - I always find both their food and drinks far superior to Starbucks. Latte Tuesday's are great, with cheaper lattes, and they apply the price to my favourite drink, a London Fog (Early Grey Tea with Foamed Milk... ask for just One Pump of Vanilla so it isn't too sweet).Enjoy it with a small oatcake. This was my second visit to this location, and I noticed that one of the staff members seemed a bit impatient with the customers and was not very friendly. I didn't see any smiles during either of my visits. It wasn't just my experience; I observed similar interactions with other customers while waiting for my order. Although the service was fast and the food was good, the overall atmosphere felt uninviting. View all feedback.

I can't speak to the food or service because we were informed there would be a 45-minute wait. I've never been one to wait in line for food, so we decided to go somewhere else.
The eggnog latte was overly sweet, making it difficult for me to finish, which is disappointing since I usually enjoy sweet flavors and absolutely love eggnog lattes. My mother had the same issue with hers. On the bright side, the cinnamon roll was absolutely delicious. However, I found the atmosphere at this location to be quite uncomfortable. It's not a place I would recommend for anyone who dislikes crowded or confined spaces, as it feels very cramped.
I had a decent matcha this time (especially since I've stopped ordering their espresso drinks), but the quality of their beverages is incredibly inconsistent. I also tried a $5 cold brew, and it just tasted like old, watered-down coffee. I'm consistently disappointed.
My experience with the staff wasn't great, but it's a nice place to hang out.
I have been a regular at this location since 2020, and the staff has never let me down—they are always polite and friendly. The coffee and desserts are consistently excellent.

The staff is friendly, the espresso is great, and it's a quiet spot to wait for the ladies to finish shopping. What more could you ask for?
I love this Second Cup location for one main reason: their efficiency. Although I don't visit frequently, whenever I do, the service is always fast.

Not every Second Cup offers the small oatcakes, but this one does, and they are great.Location is nice with a mixture of seating - by the window, regular tables, and a couple of comfy chairs. I love to come here as my alternate office. Some chatter around me, but nothing distracting. Music playing is rarely annoying.The restaurant is open even when the attached mall sometimes isn't.
The ambiance is fantastic.
Staff remember regular customers and their preferences. When I walk in, they ask if I want my usual order ( food and drink) and it's always great service and quality product.
